What Causes Pain In Head, Neck And Swelling In Throat?
My head hurts my neck hurts I have vertigo, I am cold I don t know if I have a fever or not. And my throat feels swollen and it hurts, I don t want to eat I just want to sleep I cannot keep my eyes open! Please help me I don t have time to be sick or go to the doctor.

This is bad viral infection. Will take 2 3 weeks to resolve. Take anti inflammatories. Lots of fluids, and no stress. Can take additional multivitamin also. Routine gargles
