What Causes Pain In Hands?

Hi, can I ask you what is the cause of my pain in my hands..? Because of my job, I keep using steam in my hands and I can t avoid wetting them. I keep feeling pain everytime I close my fists and I have difficulty closing them now. What should I do..?

Pain in small joints can be a symptom of many systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritus, gout. It is the pain is in both the hands kindly get your lab tests done to rule out various diseases. Till then you can start on any anti-iflammatory to reduce pain and stiffness.
