Hi, Pain occurring in different joints can b due to various reasons. It can be due to diseases of the joints(osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperuricemia) or sometimes it can be related to liver disorders (hepatitis)or heart-related diseases( rheumatic fever, endocarditis). So we need to have a detailed history of the same. I feel first of all you should have healthy diet, maintain your weight, and go for mild exercises. If needed you can even take pain-relieving medicines. However, if the symptoms do not improve then do go for some investigations like complete blood count, ESR, CRP, vitamin D, ASO, ECG, and x-ray of the joints.
