What Causes Pain In Frenulum While Moving The Tongue?

So the stretchy thing under my tongue (like the folium but on bottom of tongue) hurts whenever I move my tongue and I dont remember cutting or tearing it. Its weird because I wont move my tongue for a bit then when I do it really hurts but the more I move my tongue the less it hurts? Im baffled as to what to do

Hi,

The most common reason can be an injury but as you have not injured then it may be an small apthous ulcer. Don't worry it will go in some days you can apply ZYTEE gel if you can point the area.
