What Causes Pain In Forearm That Has A Metal Plate Insert?

i have had a metal plate in my forearm for ten years after severely breaking both bones, never had problems until recently, i have started getting alot of uncomfortable pain along the bones and the underside of my arm feels very tender like something is digging into the soft tissue, what do you think this is?

As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
