What Causes Pain In Feet While Walking?

I am having pain in my feet when i walk. it gets less as i continue. i have a heal spur on my left heal unsure why there is a weakness felt in the right one. My big toe on my right foot has been numb on the bottom for several weeks and sometimes there is a shocking sensation that seems to come from the tip. I also have pain in my elbows. The right elbow is worse. It even hurts when I write. My doctor recommended metanx. It is expensive and has several side effects. Can I use Folinic-Plus4-50-2MG Tabs instead? My blood work showed a problem with my protein levels. Can you recommend diet options as well? YYYY@YYYY
