General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Pain in eyes and dizziness are related to residual sinusitis through viral infection most likely.

Over and above the intake of doxycycline, you will require to follow

- deep breathing exercises
- inhalation of vapors of boiled water added tincture benzoin
- decongestant as Cetirizine or diphenhydramine
- analgesic as paracetamol ( 650 mg ) every 8 hourly
- avoid exposure to cold, atmospheric pollens

* Regular follow up with your doc to evaluate the progress and decide
the therapy plans.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
