With the detailed history you have provided, this seems to be due to some generalized disease or disorder. I would advise you the following: Get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations done so that a proper diagnosis can be made. You may need an admission to the hospital for further diagnosis and management. This may probably be related to something like Typhoid or so.
