What Causes Pain In Chest With Indigestion And Black Spots In Eyes?

having chest pains, indegestion to the point of vomit, dizziness, short of breath, black spots in my eyesight. sleeplessness, waking up with left arm numb, no energy to the point that have to force myself to get up, some swelling, coppery taste in my mouth always!

Noted your history of Chest pains, indigestion to the point of vomit, dizziness, shortness of breath, black spots in the eyes, sleeplessness, waking with left arm numb, no energy, coppery taste in mouth.
With the detailed history you have provided, this seems to be due to some generalized disease or disorder.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations done so that a proper diagnosis can be made.
You may need an admission to the hospital for further diagnosis and management.
This may probably be related to something like Typhoid or so.
