What Causes Pain In Chest Radiating To Back?

I being having chest pain on and off last few days (1 week) during last couple of day, pain has gotten worse, in intensity, it feels pressure, oppressing and radiates to my back. i am 43 female, w history of gastritis which is pretty much control without medication for last few years. i don t take medication, i am a little overweight. i visited my PCP last week, i saw a NP and she only ordered an EKG, which was normal (little brady on the mid 50 s) today when the pain started ( i work at a clinic) was able to get an EKG done, which showed a boardline EKG, anteroseptal T wave changes-non specific. Should i call my PCP or should i go to urgent care?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
EKG showing non specific T- changes might not have much significance but keeping h/o typical chest pain requires further evaluation of your case.
Go for cardiac enzyme test to rule out any coronary insufficiency.
Consult your doctor and get examined.Meanwhile take rest.
Ok and take care.
