Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have pain in chest and upper back . Well as your have lifted very heavy weight , sometimes this may lead to spasm of trapezius or injury to related ligament due tilting of heavy load on one side . poor posture is also one of the reason for suck kind of pain . the probable reasons for chest pain are compressed fracture or nerve impingement due to heavy weight . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination and rule out causes related to heart . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , calcium supplement , anti inflammatory or recommend you for stretching and physical therapy . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
