What Causes Pain In Chest And Stomach?

I feel on the loading ramp at work and landed face down on my chest I fell so hard it knocked the wind out of me this happened Tuesday afternoon and today I m in pain and sometimes it s major sharp pain and I feel sick to my stomach at times should I ho to the ER and checked out

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having musculoskeletal pain only due to blunt chest trauma because of fall.
But we need to rule out internal organ damage. So get dobe chest x ray. If chest x ray is normal than your pain is musculoskeletal only.
Try to follow these for better relief.
1. Avoid strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid heavy weight lifting.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad to the affected site.
