What Causes Pain In Chest And Short Of Breath?
I have been having chest pains, my heart has been pounding, short of breath, light headed, it goes on for anywhere from 5 min to 1 hour or more, it really effects me when I play sports when it starts I cannot do anything just have no energy... And when it does subside my body feels like I got hit by a truck! What do you think it is? Thanks.

This may be due to some nonspecific type of symptoms ans may not be due to any disease some time stress and anxiety could be the reason behind this, it may be due to age and gender related factors, just relax come out of stress, in my opinion for safe side heart evaluation can be done and this includes, EKG, ECHO test, take care.
