32 year old male has had pain between chest bones similar to acid reflux and now with pain has found that his tongue is black. What could be causing the pain and the black tongue. Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Central chest pain is mostly due to acid reflux.
So for this avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Pantoprazole will give you excellent effect in reflux disease.
Blackening of tongue is not related to reflux disease.
It is mostly seen in vitamin deficiency like folic acid, niacin, riboflavin, b 12 etc. It is less likely to spread from pneumonia patient.
So you should start multivitamin tablet containing all these nutrients.
At present, there is no urgency to visit ER. But if your pain is not improving with pantoprazole than visit ER.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
