What Causes Pain In Chest And Arm With Extreme Fatigue In A Teenager?

My daughter is 20 yrs old. She is having chest pains across entire chest and below breast. When she inhales the pain becomes sharp. Her upper right arm is also aching and weak. She also feels like she is not inhalng enough air and has become really tired. What can be causing this? She has asthma.

I really appreciate your concern, if she is asthmatic patient then such symptom is very likely and this can be best managed with bronco dilator inhaler and best would be "salbutamol" oral steroid may be much helpful but that she need to be eligible for this and better to get done the clinical examination and have a word with physician, hope this information helps, take care.
