Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely oesophagitis or irritation due to Gastro esophageal reflux. But it is better to have an ECG to differentiate from pain of cardiac cause.A barium x ray or fibrogastroduodenoscopy might be needed to do.If just refux or irritation i advise in my patients with proton pump inhibitors like rabeperazole and anti emetic domperidone.I also advise to avoid spicy and hot foods alcohol carbonated drinks etc and smoking.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
