What Causes Pain In Belly Corner After Eating Stapler Pin?

hello sir a stapler pin wrongly eaten by me before 2 year and little a pain incure in my right side of belly corner , such pain moves up to down between chest inside to belly, i did a ultrasound but nothing is found , tell me please is it harmfull or normal...?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history swallowing stapler pin 2 years ago and you get pain on the right side of the abdomen.
I do not think that there is any stapler pin in the stomach as the ultrasound and X-ray can certainly show it as it is a metal and can not really disintegrate in just 2 years.
So the causes of your pain can be something else.
Colitis.
Typhlitis.
Since the ultrasonography is normal the causes have to be found out by :
Clinical evaluation, proper history, investigations accordingly so that a probably diagnosis can be found and treated properly.
Ger stool tested for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine.
CT scan of the abdomen.
All these things will help the proper diagnosis and treatment.
