What Causes Pain In Belly And Enlarged Lymph Nodes?
Yes my 23 yr old son has been having pain in his belly and went to the er today and was told that his lymph nodes are enlarged but they did not know why. he was sent home. his is still in a lot of pain and know he has a large lump on his left side (over his spleen) is this something that needs to be check out ASAP

I really appreciate your concern, there are lot of lymph nodes in human body and it is not mentioned where the lymph is ? if the main concern is abdomen pain then it may not cause any lymph node swelling at least not superficial one, in my opinion this could need some investigations like, sonography and plain x-ray abdomen, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
