What Causes Pain In Arm While Having Fibrocystic Breast?

I am having pain in my left arm, feels like muscular cramp for the last two days. I am in the mid of my menstrual cycle detected with fibrocystic breast by ultrasound with a lump like structure and lymph node in left axila. What might be the cause? Shall I go for fnac?

it is more likely due to lymph node enlargment of left axila. local examination torule out inflamation. complete blood examination including esr may be done. if signs of inflamation is detected then can take oral antibiotic and hifenac t after food for 5days.
