What Causes Pain In Arm After Having IV In Arm?

I went to the doctor and had an IV put in my arm but the iv wouldn t goin properly they kept pushing and it implodes its been about 2 and a half weeks now and it real hurts and I can barely move my arm because the vein they tried putting it through hurts sooo much. What do you think is happening could it pop?

Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.Antibiotics such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Antibiotics are given to prevent infection.
