General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The causes of pain in anus are:
Fissure in ano
Thrombosed piles.
Procalgia
boil
Perianal abscess
acute fistula in ano
Since you have a lump on anus, it is possibly an infected cyst or a boil.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation, examination done from a General Surgeon to ascertain the exact cause and get treated with proper antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and supportive medicines.
Get operated if necessary.
