What Causes Pain In Anus?

Hi i have had pains recently in my anus, like a shooting pain that goes right up and across my lower abdomen, very sore at times, like someone is stabbing me up the bum!! Today it hurts when i laugh aswell down my lower abdomen. I am also full of wind and it hurts to pass wind. I use to get these pains years ago before my period came however its not due for another 3 wks. The past few days i have been checking my stool for blood as my mum thought i may have piles and i noticed a few small hard seeds like tomato seeds some are brown, some are creamy colour! Freaking me out.. Help..

Hello thanks for putting your query in hcm. It appears that you have developed anal fissure as hemorrhoids are usually painless. So I will suggest you to take lots of fibres and fluid to soften your stool, may add psyllium fibres. Also apply local ointment per annum as Smuth ointment and also take sutz bath. For better pain reliey take analgesic like advil. I hope I have answered yiur query and his will help you. Wish you agood health.
