What Causes Pain In Abdominal Area After A Back Injury?

I fell down stairs backwards and knocked my self out my daughter put Ice pack on head phoned ambulance which was to busy to come out . I went to A and E next morning had some xrays no broken bones just loads of brusies but I am having lots of pain in my tummy area do I need to see a doctor .

with such presentation, i would first rule of serious complications by taking CT abdomen plain scan if there could be an internal bleeding or any blunt injury by the rib fracture. if everything is fine i would suggest you to take tab.paracetmol and ibuprofen combination as a pain killer and take rest for two days. i would suggest you to consult a general surgeon regarding your complaints .
