What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Testicles?

I've been having discomfort, aches and pain in my upper back, abdomen and testicles. I don't recall straining or injuring anything. I've seen a lot written here and there as to what the testicular pain may be but nothing that really encompasses all three.

Hi.
This is the need of correlation between the symptoms and your search may not help, google may not help all the time.
The most probable reasons for the triad of symptoms of pain in the upper back, abdomen and testicles can be correlated with:
Stones in the urinary system with severe infection.
This can cause all these three symptoms. The pain in the back and the testicles being referred pain.
Get an ultrasonography and Urine and blood tests done to get a proper diagnosis and get treated according to the findings.
