General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in left side of abdomen and lower back, loss of appetite, feeling sick and dizziness for 4 days with history of removal of ovarian cyst on left side and removal of right ovary can be due to the following reasons:
Ovarian surgery if a pelvic surgery and any adhesion can cause intestinal obstruction and pain.
Any intestinal problem like obstruction.
Diverticulitis.
Left ureteric spasm due to infection or stone.
Hence to find the exact cause I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and get relevant investigations as follows:
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen. This will show almost any problems related to pelvic organs, ureter, kidney, diverticulitis and so on.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position can show obstruction of intestine.
Tests of urine and stool.
Tests of blood.
All these will give an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
