General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you have developed a gastric ulcer. I would advise you to get an ultrasound of the abdomen done as soon as possible.

It is advised to get the opinion of gastroenterologist. He may also advise an endoscopy. Meanwhile, continue taking the Nexium.

Avoid eating oily and spicy food. Include fibres in your diet to avoid constipation and drink lots of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
