What Causes Pain During Urination?

Hello. I have light puss stains on underwear ...urinating every 20 minutes for a few days now. Drinking lots of water and juice. only pain is during the urge to go. Very weak stream...do I need to go to a doctor for antibiotics or will it go away on its own?

Hello,

Seems bacterial infection with possible cystitis effect.

Though plenty of liquids can return the issue to normal over a period
of time, I recommend
- get a urine culture report with lab assistant and antibiotic therapy as per the culture sensitivity report only
- urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium citrate
- vitamin c containing citrus fruits
- external genital hygiene
- avoid sex if active
- avoid stress and anxiety
