General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you have pain after unprotected sexual intercourse then STD like Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea should be ruled out. Urine test or swab test will be helpful for this. Urine routine examination also should be done which will help to rule out bacterial urinary tract infection also. In case of infection antibiotic therapy will be needed. You can take cranberry juice or barley water which will help to improve your symptoms of painful urination.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
