What Causes Pain During Bowel Movements And Lumps Around The Inside Of Rectum?

I have serve pain after bowelmovements. It started just over a year ago. Now I have noticed small hard bead like lumps around the inside of my anus rectum. The pain is spasms w/ pain the runs down butt and in vaginal area and tail bone. The muscles pound so bad they it hurts just to stand up move. The lumps were discovered cause I use wipe to clean the inside. I just noticed the lumps last night suddenly. Now I feel this is developing into something worse. Tell what I have. I have been tested at gym. For Papaloma virus 3 times.

I noted the history of severe pain after bowel movements over a year, now hard bead like lumps inside anal canal/rectum. The pain is like spasm running sown the butt, vagina and tail-bone, and it hurts even to stand up. You got tested for papiloma virus three weeks ago. As per the history you have provided, this looks to be inflamed pelvic floor and the causes can be descending perineal syndrome and so on.

There can be an inflammatory lesion somewhere. I would advise you the following in such a situation:

- Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon, per-rectal digital examination, proctoscopy and MRI of the pelvic area to know the exact cause of both the problems that you have mentioned and get treated appropriately. Also get the blood and stool tests. Control of the stress and/or anxiety should help sort out the problems. The hard lumps inside may be papiloma and may need an active treatment.
