General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The swelling with pain between scrotum and butt hole indicates underlying cellulitis changes following injury through hood and rack. This must be presented to your doc for immediate attention at ED
- Tetanus prophylaxis injection (if not consumed during last 10 years )
- Local application of ice
- Prescription of antibiotics as penicillin or else as per ED consultant choice
- Anti inflammatory medication with analgesic action as ibuprofen or tramadol hydrochloride

Be remain in regular follow up with your doc for progressive evaluation and prevention of secondary bacterial infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
