What Causes Pain Below The Ribcage And Back While On Tamsulosin?

I have ben taking tamsulosin .4 mg.for about 6 months. For the past 2 months I have been having pain under my right rib cage and sometime in my back. All blood work shows no problem. CT scan shows no problem. Is it possible this drug could be the cause. Some times I have a rash break out on my back for a couple of days then goes away. Dizzy a lot and tired. Current doctor has no idea of cause. But pain is real. Not pancraetitis.

@ Pain under right rib cage may have various conditions as cause like - gall
bladder - liver disorders - rib or lung lobe related - pleura pathology
but not surely because of tamsulosin
@ Dizziness and tiredness is related with tamsulosin , kindly get BP
measurement during highest dizziness time , related to fluid loss and
subclinical dehydration levels ; require more liquids intake
