What Causes Pain Below The Clavicle Bone?

Hi I have recently had an MRI on my neck which has shown two cysts on the right side on thyroid , doctor is not treating as urgent and I m waiting to see ent soon , however I now have pain on right side just below my clavicle bone what could be causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, if the cyst being detected in MRI then nature of cyst need to be known and for that it may needs biopsy test, here the clinical symptom are matter of concern, still ENT opinion is must hope this information helps.
