General Surgeon 's  Response
You seem to be having Facial nerve palsy right side. That is why you are experiencing these symptoms. Since you are having headache, it is best to get an MRI of the skull including the brain to see for the cause of the nerve palsy. You may please consult a Neurologist. Once the MRI report is ready, the doctor would be in a position to diagnose the cause and inform you the treatment, weather conservative or surgical. Please do not delay in getting the proper management done.
