What Causes Pain Behind Knee Radiating Towards Inner Thigh While Sitting?
When I sit in a chair or drive I have pain in the back of my knee which radiates up my inner thigh and down the front of my leg no obvious pain in my knee I have no significant arthritis in the kneeI had a job that required a lot of sustain sitting and I also squat a lot doing yardwork and I was walking up an 18% grade hill on a regular basis last summer. No one seems to know how to diagnose this or relieve me of this pain can you

I would suggest you take proper rest , applt warm compresses to knee , prevent your knee from twisting and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory along with vitamin supplement for quick recovery . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy or surgery in severe case .
