What Causes Pain At Tip Of Penis While Urinating?

I ve had some pain at the tip of my penis when and after I pee, today I small clump off twisted hairs came out of my penis after I peed I wiped and it came out not really any pain anymore so far could that be the problem? Also iam type 1 diabetic and 24 years old

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you must have seen the hair but that must not came from urinary system so no need to worry about this, pain at the tip of penis could be due to some lesion and that may not need any specific treatment unless have some indications for that, still drink more water, (Blood glucose level need to be managed on tight rule basis it is important as long as pain is concern ) hope this information helps.
