Hi, I have a friend of mine complains of pain at the tip of the penis since long time & dysurea, & no other symptomes, he did some investigations like an ultrasound & urine routine & culture exam which was negative there was no indications for UTI, rather than that he received a course of ciprofloxacin tab. 500 mg before but there was no improvement, he thinks that he has something wrong with prostate he wants to receive a course of a Prostar medicine, so how can I help him?
