You should do Yoga , pranayam - kapal bhati , deep breathing , exercise from time to time to alleviate this problem and keep it healthy. yoga , Stretching exercises that strengthen muscles in the shoulders, back and the stomach .
Massage with warm til oil off and on while at bed time and a cup of hot milk with a level spoon of turmeric powder and a spoon of almond oil at bed time ,helps alley pain and inflammation ,if any .
Avoiding overexertion ,worry tention ,fried ,fast foods, tea , coffee ,
.alcohol will save from futher complications
