What Causes Pain Around The Ovaries Or Groin Area?

I have had a bad pain in lower right, near ovaries/groin area. Turning into pain from that lower right shooting to pain to my lower back by kidneys. Went to hospital when it got to severe pain, they did a CT with contrast and they said everything was normal but there was folicules and swollen lymphnodes in that lower right are where pain has been. Went to Gyno also and they said no sign of cyst or ruptured cyst. Pain has let off now and it just feels tender like a tear internally in the lower right side area. No more pain in back towards kidneys. Now having bloody discharge when I wipe. Last period ended 9 days ago.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if nothing comes out in CT imaging as long as the pain is concern then the pain could be nonspecific and it may be due to some functional condition better try to forget this, even no need to treat this, it is just psychological condition and it will not cause you anything serious, stop worrying hope this information helps.
