Hello,

Pain in the lower right region can be due to:

Infection to appendix
Renal stones
Neuropathy affecting the area.

However, to arrive at a final diagnosis it needs:

Proper case history followed by physical examination. In both the cases, you need to have an examination by a physician.

In case of renal calculus, pain is often felt on the back side and is severe and may be accompanied with cholelithiasis as well.

However, the way you present your complaint there are strong chances of appendicitis where pain worsens with time and is often associated later with nausea, the fullness of stomach and pain.

Remember appendicitis is a life-threatening condition and needs medical intervention.

Renal stone also compromises kidney function. So I suggest you get yourself checked by a physician as early as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
