What Causes Pain Around Anus Alleviated During Bowel Movements?

im 25, male, 5ftt10 and 64 kg

i think i have hemorroids.....i have a constant pain around my anus like a dull muscle ache and finding this increases when trying to wee, before sitting on the toilet the area around the opening feels liek it would normally but when sitting on the toilet it feels lumpy and swollon and more painful...i also feel like there is somethign trapped by the opening when im trying to push, i have had bowel movements over the last few days but these have been small ones
