What Causes Pain And Tightness In Chest?
hi, I have been having pain in center of brest on bone and gose to the back to the center..it knocks the air out of me and tightness stays there for mins...i lift and any little movement i start to get the pain...badly hurts....!! i sleep on my back because i cant sleep any other way to much pain squishes my sternum...i have no idea what to do..

This is typical symptoms of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
Advise:
Avoid spicy food, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to bed
Treatment:
Have more alkali diet, no stress,
Medication:
Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for five weeks
