What Causes Pain And Tightening Of The Roof Of Mouth?
I have an ache and tightening in the roof of my mouth, and also in the center of my chest. aches like a sore throat but at the top of my mouth. I have just been drinking a republic of tea ginger tea, which I've had before. Also have had a cold since 5/5.

You might have cause a burn at the roof of the mouth, during sipping the tea or could also be an infection to confirm this you need to get a checkup done, at home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses, maintain a good oral hygiene, take multivitamin suplements and antioxidants.
