What Causes Pain And Tightening Feeling In The Right Breast?
I am 49 yrs old. Since the last .. ten days I m experiencing a tightening on my right breast and it pains too. Like during breast feeding when it used to be full. I have this feeling before my periods but it goes away once the periods starts. My periods are regular. LMP was on 17.10.16.

Tightening and pain in breasts before periods is probably mastagia. Mastalgia is a pain in breasts nearing menstrual cycles occurring due to hormonal changes.
However, there is nothing to worry about it. You may take painkillers and hot fomentation to relieve pain.
