Hello, Yesterday, after having slept badly and seemingly suffering a resultant sore collarbone (right side), I got to work, which involves heavy lifting. (In fact, I actually banged my LEFT shoulder on something at work, which jerked my whole body.) Anyway, I soon realized the lifting was aggravating my neck area muscles; sure enough, the area became incredibly tender. This was especially so at the center area, (the indentation, or trachea?) which was very sore to the touch, and actually swollen so that it was flat instead of indented. I got some (lousy) sleep, but today it s the same. Any thoughts?
