Hi,

You have localised inflammation of gums that suggests some injury due to cleaning of tooth with pin, tooth pick /there is tartar collection at the base of tooth crown which caused inflammation and infection in gum.

On such case physical examination to confirm the cause followed by medicines like-antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti amoebic pills as per diagnosis along with vitamins C and B complex and needful procedure would be carried out there after. Please consult a dentist. Till then, you should do saline water gargles, can take Tab. Ibuprofen over the counter for pain relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
