Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through your history, I am of the opinion that you seem to be suffering from a joint condition called "Pseudogout".
It is a form of
arthritis characterized by sudden, painful swelling in one or more of your joints. The most commonly affected joint is the knee. It is due to deposition of calcium pyrophosphate crystals within a joint.
You need to undergo certain lab tests such as CBC, ESR, serum uric acid, X ray of the knee joint,
C reactive protein,
Rh factor, ASO titre, etc. after consulting your
rheumatologist.
Meanwhile
1. Take over-the-counter NSAIDs, such as
Ibuprofen of Naproxen sodium for the symptomatic relief.
2. Rest the joint. Try not to use the affected joint for a couple of days.
3. Apply ice. Cold packs can help reduce the inflammation associated with flare-ups.
Hope the advice given above would benefit you.
