What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Lower Back?

my lower back hurts and feels like it is swollen. And I also have pain in my legs. They feel like jello??? This happens in the early morning hours around 3-4 a.m. I toss and turn trying to relieve pain. When I finally get up I am so stiffed I have trouble showering my lowering body and putting on socks and shoes. after a good bit of movement it usually gets better. what could this be?

I suggest you see a doctor and do some routine blood tests and some examinations like abdominal sonography to see your rens, and cardiac sonography to see your heart function.
