What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Knee Long After The Surgery?
Hi I have had knee surgery before . I first had my knee scoped then my doctor did a partial and my knee still hurt so he did a total replacement. It s been around eight or so.years ago now my knee hurts againg it looks like it swells and hurts to walk on it. Does that mean another surgery?
First you should do blood count for infection of the knee and X-ray of the knee to see the position of the prosthesis if it is worn out or migrated. 8 years is not many years for a knee prosthesis but depending on the blood results and X-ray it may mean another surgery
