What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Foot?

Two nights ago I dropped something heavy on my foot. The next evening it started hurting real bad and started swelling and swelling and swelling throughout last night I was not able to walk on it I ve been limping now it is super swole I can barely bend it I really can t I can t move it I can t stand on it it is painful rather I m moving or not it s very painful and slow and it looks bruised

It may be a fracture or soft tissues contusion with bleeding inside the foot, do not delay and quickly see the Orthopaedic oe specialised foot and ankle surgeon in emergency.
