What Causes Pain And Swelling In Testicle?

My right testicle is a bit sore and bigger then my left one and its also hangs lower then the other . I don't think its twisted because its not a very bad pain but I had it for 3 days now. I woke up one morning feeling like this . I was thinking the way I slept or how I was working out because I runs and do a lot of jumping with my legs and I wonder if that could be the problem because I had on lose underwear and it was not supported . Do you have any idea's?

1.Pain and swelling of the testicles are seen in case of infection / inflammation of the testis ( short history suggest)
2.Running and jumping do cause such effect when the gravity falls on the testicles and hurts.
3.Ideal thing in the case will be an ultrasound scan - that will help in evaluate the cause, presence of torsion, vascularity , free fluid, chord, epididymis status.
4.In this condition loose clothing's are not recommended -rather some thing to suspend them.
5.The treatment in case of inflammation / infection is a course of antibiotic will help, other pathology - treatment accordingly. Good luck.
