General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of pain in left side of scrotum, swelling and gurgling which is relieved to an extent after passing motion.
My thoughts and suggestions:
First of all get an ultrasonography and color Doppler study of the scrotum to see if this is due to hernia and/ or varicocele and of the whole abdomen.
This along with clinical examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist will confirm the diagnosis.
Go for corrective Surgery. It will be curative.
